Takedown & Right of Reply
Every business listed on HisaabScore has the right to respond to ratings and to dispute any rating that they believe is false, defamatory, or violates our Content Policy.
Step 1 — Claim your profile
Sign up with the GSTIN of the rated business. Your GST signatory name will be matched automatically. Once verified, you can post public replies under every rating.
Step 2 — Public reply (always free)
The fastest remedy is a public reply explaining your side. Other businesses see both sides and decide for themselves.
Step 3 — Formal dispute
For ratings that are factually false, fabricated, or breach our content rules, file a dispute from the rating's "Report" button. Provide:
- The reason the rating is false (in your own words)
- Documentary evidence (cleared cheque, signed ledger, invoice copy, settlement letter)
- If a court order exists, attach a certified copy
Step 4 — Court orders
We respect court orders from courts of competent jurisdiction in India. Email a certified copy to hello@shubhambapna.com with subject "COURT ORDER — TAKEDOWN" and the rating URL. Action within 36 hours as required by IT Rules.
Bad-faith complaints
Repeated frivolous takedown requests filed to silence legitimate criticism may be referred to the Grievance Officer and, where appropriate, the relevant authorities.
