Who can join HisaabScore?
Any GST‑registered business in India. Right now we focus on the jewellery trade, but verified users from any sector can sign up.
How is my GST verified?
We check your GSTIN against the public GST registry in real time. Only one account is allowed per GST number, so every rating is accountable.
Is my identity shown when I rate someone?
No. Ratings are aggregated. The rated company sees the score and history, but not which specific GST gave which rating.
Can I change or delete a rating?
Each GST can submit one rating per company — this prevents spam and revenge edits. If something changes drastically, contact support with proof.
What do credits do?
Credits unlock full rating history and detailed reports. You earn credits by rating companies you've dealt with, adding phone & email, and inviting verified peers.
I forgot my 6‑digit PIN. What now?
Use 'Forgot your PIN?' on the sign‑in screen. If you added a recovery email or phone, we'll help you regain access — that's why we give +100 credits for adding them.
