Grievance Officer

In compliance with Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and Section 10 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, we have designated the following officer to receive grievances from users and Data Principals.

What we acknowledge within 24 hours

Any complaint about content (defamatory, infringing, unlawful), data correction/erasure requests, or non-compliance with our terms.

What we resolve within 15 days

As required by the IT Rules, complaints will be disposed of within 15 days of receipt. DPDP Data Principal requests will be addressed within the statutory timelines.

Your DPDP rights

You have the right to access information about processing of your personal data, correct inaccurate data, erase data when no longer needed, nominate another person, and grievance redressal. Send requests to the email above with subject "DPDP REQUEST".

Data breach notifications

In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected Data Principals within the timelines prescribed under the DPDP Act, 2023.
