Ratings are members' own opinions based on their own trade experience. We back that opinion with verified identity, evidence, and a human dispute process.
Identity is verified
Every account is matched against the GST registry. The signatory name must match — no impersonation, no fake accounts.
Negative ratings need evidence
Bad payer and Avoid ratings require a private evidence note or file (invoice number, amount, month). Cool-down for new accounts prevents drive-by attacks.
Disputes are reviewed
Any company can report a rating. Admins review the evidence and remove abusive content with an audit trail.
Evidence stays private
Only admins see evidence notes and files. Other users see only the aggregated score and tag distribution — never which GST said what.
